I can't say enough good things about this experience. The crew is friendly, funny, knowledgeable, and just plain fun! There were less than 35 people on board so there was a lot of interaction with the crew and individual attention. They made sure that everyone was doing well and having fun all day. The morning tea (coffee, tea, water, muffins), lunch (chicken, assorted salads, cheesy potatoes, cold cuts, cheeses, and bread), and afternoon tea (tea, coffee, water, cakes) were delicious. They also have beer, wine, soda, and water for purchase on the boat.
My group of 4 was the only group to go diving (the rest snorkeled) so we had Jelle (one of the dive masters) all to ourselves...it was great. He was patient and kind -- and a lot of fun, too. Another cool thing was that they take photos with an underwater camera throughout the day and then post them on their Facebook page that night -- so you don't have to buy them, you can download them for free. The crew also donates any tips they receive to various charities (this month the tips are going to help with disaster-relief in the Philippines).
I can't recommend this experience enough. It may be a little more costly than some of the others, but it was totally worth every penny. Being on a smaller boat with a smaller number of people is worth the extra cost as it allows you to get to different places on the reef that aren't as crowded as some of the more popular spots that other, larger vessels go.
