This appears to be a popular local restaurant/cafe serving some fresh Vietnamese street style food. I had the beef pho and a couple of spring rolls. Spring rolls not served the traditional Vietnamese way but they were freshly fried, hot and delicious. Nước mầm would have been nice. The pho broth was lovely. A bit heavy handed with the cracked black pepper on top but I was able to remove most of it. Just the right size for my brunch.
I recommend this place to eat. Would be great if they were open later than 3pm, but the local area is mainly business with a lot of construction nearby, so caters well for the tradies who seem to enjoy it.
Service is wonderful and friendly. If I have the opportunity I will be back to try the banh mi, bùn cha (vermicelli noodles) and/or rice paper rolls. And probably another couple of Spring rolls.
