We took our daughter and her boyfriend here last week to celebrate her 21st. Pre-arranged to take a cake and they had dressed up the table with a great view of the Storey Bridge especially for us. Food was lovely and waiters chef and owner were all over us. French speaking waitress got us a glass of wine instead of bottle which they fixed by bringing a bottle and not charging for the glass, and just as well as it was $15 a glass. We were all very satisfied with the quality of meals and I think the Eye Fillet my wife had was the winner. Nice touch at end they gave us a honey bourbon liqueur each. We only had mains which kept the total price down but you could spend a lot of money here if you did the 3 courses . For Special occasions only.

Went here on a first date months ago and have to say it was excellent. The food was divine and the chief/owner came to our table and discussed the food and stayed for a bit of a chat. We had the best table in the house with great views of the Brisbane Storey Bridge. Great for date night but equally good for dinner with family and friends.
No parking so you may need to get there a bit early and hunt for a park.

The restaurant has a nice view of the Storey Bridge but the food and the service was nothing really to rave over. The garlic bread was nice, our chicken mains were OK and not as hot as they should have been, and after waiting nearly half an hour trying to get a waiters attention for the desert menu there wasn't anything really on the menu that was worth the wait. The restaurant has a nice relaxed atmosphere but the tinsel inside is tacky and needs to go.

Despite a last minute booking the whole staff made us very welcome. They re-arranged our seating so we all had a view of the lit Story Bridge over the Brisbane River. All our courses where very well presented and when our wine choice as out, we were offered an alternative at the same price.

When we belatedly mentioned a concern with respect to one party members peanut allergy, the whole dish was immediately replaced, complete with very polite education on what to tell a restaurateur before ordering.

We are now use to Australian restaurant pricing and felt the quality, presentation and service was good value.
