This is a busy little restaurant and if you come at the busiest time (6:30 - 7:00pm) you will most likely need to wait for the table. Once seated the service is fast and friendly. We found this place a hit and miss depending on what you order. The slice beef noodle soup is okay - beef is already cooked when it comes out so it may be tough but they try to slice is super thin so this helps. The soup is just not of the same quality as other Vietnamese places in Inala. It also has a fair amount of MSG in it - so be prepared to be thirsty afterwards. There is a water station where you can get your own water which helps. The Bun Thit Nuong (grilled pork vermicelli) is very good but the (grilled pork rice) is only ok as the size of the pork chop is small and the other items not as well made. The fried chicken Maryland rice is great - skin is crispy and meat juicy.
