Located close to Chermside shopping centre this is a ideal place to stay. Efficient air conditioning, swimming pool and helpful, friendly staff were all appreciated. In room breakfast service was an added bonus. The room was larger than some and very clean with beautiful bath towels.

Wanting accommodation close to RBWH, but wanting to park the car for the duration of our stay and take advantage of Brisbane's bus service, this motel offered the perfect location. It's only 20 mins from RBWH, or 5 mins to Chermside Shopping Centre (if needed), yet far enough from the city to escape the major traffic congestion, especially for the trip home.
Clean, modern facilities, friendly, helpful staff, centrally located with food outlets, shopping, bus stop at the door - perfect! The bonus was a comfy recliner in the unit which my husband quickly put to good use.
We had a ground floor unit near the pool. No road or other noise problems at all for us, although we live in a very quiet, out of town location.
This is our first stay at CMI and it'll be our go-to motel for our future routine trips to Brisbane.

This Motel has great easy travel access with friendly atmosphere. It is situated close to many facilities, shops etc. We had a family room which is very economical and was clean and tidy with plenty of comfort.

We are very lucky to have so many takeaways and restaurants close by to us. We also have bus services directly out the front of the Motel. Westfield Chermside is also a short stroll from us and is expanding with up to 95 new retailers, due to open in 2017!

We could not fault the owners and staff for being exceptionally friendly and helpful plus the motel itself was clean and well presented however the room left little to be desired. Tired and outdated plus the noise from the main road traffic at all hours left us feeling tired beyond measure ... not good if you are travelling for medical reasons as we were. The key situation could be improved, toiletries could have been provided instead of those dreadful dispensers in the bathroom, the Foxtel picture was grainy and unwatchable plus the sound fluctuated from barely audible to extremely loud. The motel close to the hospital was excellent and there was plenty of fast food restaurants nearby. What can you say except overall very good but could definitely be so much better.
From the moment I phoned, enquired and booked - I had complete professional but also down to earth service. Everything was fantastic - room, location, amenities and swimming pool (just the right temperature for myself). Only Chermside Motor Inn for me from now on - 11 out of 10 !!
