We stayed here overnight. The staff were so friendly and nothing was a problem. The view from our room was just perfect overlooking the parklands and mountains in the distance. Clean room and very comfortable bed. We got a great deal and would definitely recommend this place and cannot wait to visit again.

We have stayed here on a number of occasions and it’s always been consistent.
Clean and tidy rooms, great location to the city. The only thing that is a struggle is the car park if you have a larger vehicle, the pilons make it a little difficult to navigate.
But otherwise there is a great restaurant for convenient dining.

Well checked in on the Saturday for 2 nights Reception perfectly helpful Room OK Car park a nightmare ti manoeuvre in because of pillar bit what really let this hotel down was 1 No milk or Coffee whitener in room
2 Half eaten pack of muffins in the fridge Housekeeping had not bothered with so how on earth they had checked the mini bar beats me
3 No Housekeeping visited the room on the Sunday

Friendly and helpful staff, Excellent room, close to the city, nice breakfast, walking distance to some good eateries. Left my favorite hat in our room, one phone call to housekeeping the next day and they mailed it to me within the week.Will definitely stay there again.

The majestic beauty of the modern, open, and colourful lobby/entry area is SO different to the room...

~ Arrival & Reception ~
Pros
- Minimal wait at Reception
- Reception staff were polite
- Reception area is beautiful

~ Room & Amenities ~
Pros
- Had a beautiful view
Cons
- Sticky and undulating carpeted floor of hotel room
- There were big cracks in the walls, and noticeable patch & painting done randomly
- Mouldy shower
- Bathroom floor outside of shower flooded following the first shower, and remained wet for entire duration of stay
- Very dated and thin hotel towels
- Air conditioner that remained at ice cold the entire time (could not alter temperature at all using gauge on wall)
- Noisy air conditioner
- A constant loud clunking noise throughout entire stay
- TV that had minimal volume and when volume was increased had a reverberating boom
- Curtains were blockout only and didn't have the sheer in-between curtain for privacy and still let light in
- One side of the curtains were not able to be moved/opened
- Kettle had lots of black particles coming out... needless to say, don't make a coffee/tea in the room!

~ Resort Facilities ~
- Didn’t get the opportunity to experience the Hotel’s pool or gym
- Carpark is SHOCKING!!
- Had to go to reception to get a carpark exit token Every. Single. Time.
- Breakfast buffet is sufficient when the items are stocked but I found that there was insufficient bread, the toaster machine was out of order, and when you used the temporary toaster, it didn't pop up the toast so you were left with toast stuck in the toaster... and DON'T try and retrieve your toast with the tongs provided... you get a talking to about electric shock (WHS/Guest HS note: provide appropriate utensils for the food application then there wouldn't be a problem!).
N.B. hollandaise sauce costs extra

~ Overall ~
I can say, following this experience, that I underscored a fellow hotel by one star (literally in the same street based upon dust bunnies and giant roaches - although that hotel's management weren't at all keen/wanting to focus on rectifying the cleanliness issue/s at the time)... They say 'you don't know you got a good thing til you get something worse', well, this was the 'worse' of the two... room-wise.
Staff were lovely tho! :)

Room Tip: If you have a tip for selecting a good room, please advise me! :)
