Enjoyed walking along the riverfront in the shade of large trees with a light sea-breeze! Beautifully landscaped with a tropical rainforest section similar to Far North Queensland.

Huge public pool/lagoon patrolled by lifeguards was popular with many swimmers!

Close to public transport and easily accessible from Brisbane's CBD. Definitely worth a visit if you have a few hours to spare!

South Bank Parklands is a great place to visit no matter what time of the day. If you have kids then the parklands offers the beach for them to play in. They also have a range of performers and markets during the weekend that is nice to go to. It's also a nice place to go on a date as there are some nice walkways, and food places around.

South Bank is a must place to visit either you are single or with families. A good afternoon or evening stroll along the bank would make your day a memorable one. Plenty of restaurants and eateries that would suit your taste buds.

Great place for families with small children as there’s play equipment and the ‘beach’ area but other than that it is a bit plain. Has some good cafes and restaurants nearby but are a bit expensive.
