I've been going to George's on the Gold Coast for over 15 years at Sanctuary Cove, Mt Tamborine and Surfers Paradise (when it used to be there). George's never disappoints. I'd been in Brisbane on business and had no idea where to go, but I knew I would enjoy the dining here. The view of the story bridge at night was magic.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The garlic prawns were absolutely yummy.
The drinks were more moderately priced than many of the restaurants. We will be back when next in Brisbane.

I took my niece here for her birthday then later my nephew, his son and wife for her birthday . Fabulous service and food . Very busy both times which says it all . Good variety , even something for my plain eating husband . Not cheap but worth every penny especially for a special occasion . Great views of the river too .

We are regulars at Georges and it never fails us. The service is always good, and the food is reliably great. The Calamari is always tender, the Barouti is a favourite, prawns are always cooked to perfection, whatever dish you order you can be assured it will impress.
We also eat the Georges Sanctuary cove, and it is the same.
If you have not tried Georges, do yourself a favour and find one near you.

We caught the ferry to Eagle St pier as my friend suggested to check it out, then we started looking for places to have dinner, we saw George's Paragon and the menu looked really good! And it was, I'll definitely be back here next time I'm in Brisbane, I ordered the garlic prawns and my husband got the carbonara for our entrées the rice was so creamy! And for our mains we both ordered Chicken Olympus perfect portion size, we thoroughly enjoyed our meals, the view is amazing too thank you!
