When it comes to seafood restaurants there are very few that I would give the tick of approval.
George's Paragon is no different as when you are paying towards top dollar you want an exceptional meal but it just doesn't quite hit the mark.
It's not a terrible dining experience but soon enough you will realise you are paying for the view.
Those CBD rents can be extremely high along with the challenges of finding good staff but in this day and age I wonder how a restaurant that doesn't continually try to lift the bar actually manage to survive.
I guess it could come down to the loyal customers who have been frequenting for 10+ years who just don't know anything different...
