We stayed for two nights at the start of a holiday to the NT. Room was clean and comfortable - walking distance to everything we needed in Darwin. Accomodation felt safe and secure. Great pool area that we had all to ourselves which was a bonus! Would definitely stay again.

My family booked 2x family suites and a smaller room to fit my family, one of the rooms had water everywhere so we were 'upgraded' to a smaller but nicer room what a lie that was! Pictures speak for there selves, shower was filled with black mould, curtains filthy, holes in the roof, cracks in the paint, just gross! And not only that the security locking chain was broken so we couldnt have a safe and secure room.
We went to voice our concerns upon check out and the reception was closed, sent an email and was advised they would look into it and haven't heard back since.. the room was disgusting and my request for a refund is not unreasonable..

We are highly apologize for your awful experience. I would like to inform you that we take all the feedback very seriously.
We are investigating the matter to find out how you have been accommodated in a room which had mould on the bathroom. It is completely unacceptable that none of our staff has noticed that. I will also organize a refresher training to educate our staff members about the expected standard of our motel which i belive will help us to avoid this unexpacted situataion in future.

Could not recommend this place. The price is good as is the central location, but the rooms , even the 'refurbished' ones are not up to scratch. There are many better places to stay for the same price. Won't stay there again. Aside: If you do stay there, watch out for the bedside table with a glass top. I rolled over in my sleep and severely gashed by arm on the sharp corner of the glass top!

Absolutely loved this place for 5 nights.Was basic with good sized solid rooms. We couldn’t here our neighbors and the room was nice a quiet.
We only used the room to sleep in as everything was basically a 10 minute walk away. Mitchell St, Mindle Beach and the Casino.
The late afternoons were spent in the coolpool having a well earned drink. Met some friendly travelers.
We would definitely stay again for the price

Stayed four nights, was not to bad like all things you get what you pay for. It had great hot water in shower and pressure. The air cond was very noisy at times, the tv was a bit small and not a lot of channels and some didn't have sound. The bed was abit hard after four nights.
