Miss

Fake free pearls with the adventure cards!! Rude customer service. Couldn't claim them if the person wasn't there, even though we had the adventure card. Only got one of the backings to the earring even though I noticed it, pointed it out and told her.

Wouldn't recommend.

Thank You for your review. I apologise you had less than great experience at our shop, that is not up to our high customer service standards. Even if our staff were busy, you should have been treated better, we should have take the time to check the earrings and make sure you got a complete pair with backings.
At the moment we are running a promotion with iVenture Card Australia and there are terms and conditions. Every holder of iVenture adult card can come and personally claim one pair of GENUINE PEARL EARRING set in sterling silver. One pair per person per card, have to be claimed personally. The pearls are not fake and the silver is sterling silver.
We look forward to welcoming you again in our shop, make sure you will receive the personal and friendly service.

Knowledgeable friendly salesperson

Our salesman was very knowledgeable and personable. Prices were very fair, but I could have been taken advantage of. I later met a couple who knew the owner of this company and spoke very highly of them. That made me feel much better that I had been treated fairly. I would highly recommend this company.
