Dear "helenQ368WL"
At anytime if you believe your bill is not correct, I would encourage you to question the bill with my staff or one of my managers. We would only be too happy to explain the contents and details in your account.
All our bills come clearly itemised with item, quantity and price. A tax invoice is provided to all customers.
Our pricing is also in line with other Chinese restaurant in the CBD.
Without knowing what day you dined and table you were sitting at, the exact items that you consumed or how you calculated the bill division, I can only make a general reply on your review.
Going by the information in your review and not knowing what wine you ordered, I would estimate you beverage bill to be a minimum of $100. I also think, according to your review at the pricing quoted by you, there would have been 15 pancakes served, not the 3 you had mentioned. If I design a menu for our guests, I will always check if the guest are happy with the menu items. For your information, our main courses start at $22 and go up to generally $40 per dish. There are a few dishes that are more expensive. Our menu with pricing, is available online at anytime.
Possibly there could have been a mistake in your bill, but with out knowing the exact party, table and date you dined, it is a little bit hard for me to give you a more detailed explanation.
Since the out break of Covid 19, we have always been Covid compliant. We always have a abundance of face marks in supply as well as hand sanitisers available at the entrance and on the table. Possibly there could have been a situation where one of the staff was not wearing a face mask (as sometimes conversations on the phone cannot be heard by the person ringing), but I strongly disagree that none of the staff were wearing a face mask.
I am happy to give you further explanation if you would like to contact me by phone or email.
Regards
Simon
