Stuff happening at all times but especially on the weekend. Spans one of sydney's most interesting suburbs.
Avoid this place, unless you have a beard like milk crates and drinking coffee from a mason jar whilst spending your rent money on smashed avo...
We really enjoyed our visit and time in Newtown and enjoyed the vibe of the place and the trendy feel with great restaurants and cafes throughout. It was nice in comparison to the city where we would usually stay and public transport was close at hand as well.
I had visited Newtown. One can fine number of different eating options there which shows diversity from vegan to hard core non vegetarians. One can buy grocery and opal cards also.
I haveenjoyed the buzz of King St Newtown for 60 years. Bookshops, restaurants, pubs, people watching - it has it all.
