One of my favourite ways to spend a Sunday in Sydney. Is less busy than the famous 'Bondi to Coogee' walk but has equally stunning views. Is a relatively easy walk with great places to stop along the way and enjoy the harbour energy.

Small secluded beach right next to Taronga Zoo ferry wharf. Had amazing views of the Harbour Bridge, CBD and Opera House. On a hot day like today it wasn't busy with maybe only 20 people at the beach, but plenty of boats anchored nearby. It is a very short walk from the National Parks carpark ($7/day). No facilities nearby that we saw. Parking near Taronga Zoo was $7/hr or $24/day. However if you walk a further 5min theres plenty of free untimed street parking in the residential area. Beach had a lot of shells and sticks washed up and lots of gravel in the water which I found uncomfortable to walk on. Despite that, escaping the crowds was a very welcome change for such great views.

This is not the most physically demanding trail in Sydney. In fact, it is good for most visitors and many will complete it within an hour. The secenery along the trail is beautiful and it is the main attraction of this trail. The lookouts at different location are great. Both Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera House are fully captured at one glance.
Be prepared for windy days as the trail sticks out a lot into the sea. Recommeded.

Part of the National Park. A great wedding location with magnificent entry down the steps, heels permitting! Fantastic views of the harbour, city & bridge especially in the afternoon. Limited parking, toilets available

The walk from Bradley'Head to Chowder bay, about 3km, is one of the most pleasant walk I experience while in Sydney. The trail is traced within a very natural setting of beautiful plants and trees and offer a gorgeous view on the Sydney harbor from various angles. Along the way, you can visit many small beaches, and little creaks, as well as viewing all sort of beautiful boats sailing in and out of the harbor. Furthermore expect a few encounters with friendly dragon lizards or water dragons...
