It's a five star hotel in the middle of a major world city, so it is expensive. However, it is very clean, the facilities are immaculate and the service is perfect. I would stay there again if I needed to stay in the city.

The room was so lovely and spacious, being in the heritage wing of the hotel. You could comfortably stay for multiple days. Breakfast at the place was lovey also. Didn’t love that you could hear music from the internal of the building in the evening and morning as was a little disruptive to sleep. It does feel historic when you walk into the lobby which I really liked.

We enjoyed a lovely stay at a wonderful hotel. This historical site is in a perfect location. Close to the shopping district as well as the harbour. Will definitely stay again. Highly recommended for a weekend break in the city.

Usually travelling for work or with a full family cohort, so it was nice to relax in a tower superior king room together. We loved the central location and the heritage parts of the building. We used the airport train, lightrail/tram and ferries, and walked everywhere, bar one electric uber, so a more sustainable break!. Very easy from the hotel. The room was spacious, we loved the separate facilities in the bathroom, and the bath with the blind to allow privacy to the room, or see the window. I also had to do some work, the desk was handy. Quite a few power points and nice amenities, room products, robe and slippers. Used the fitness centre, it was good enough for my modest needs and bigger than many. Would have liked more coffee options besides one pod per day, and the internet wasn't always the best. We were in Sydney over 4-days for a function not at the hotel and there were events on every night in the ballroom. Apart from some queues in the foyer checking in/out or waiting, which added to the vibe rather than being than annoying, we wouldn't have known they were on. The sound proofing was good, we had events in the square below and it was not disturbing, we were surprised by the numbers when we walked out. Very pleasant staff.

A classic hotel with a lot of charm. Geat location and easy access to where ever you need to go. The rooms are very good and very spaciou ( stayed in the older wing of the hotel). Staff are very helpful and friendly. Definetly worth considering.
