This hotel has recently been totally refurbished and renovated.
It’s extremely comfortable and it’s location is fantastic - close to Darling harbour restaurants, China town, and the CBD
Staff are excellent
The restaurant/ breakfast is good
Security good
Reasonable pricing
Recommended

Close to China town, Darling Harbour and light rail. Breakfast very good in lovely atmosphere.
Staff very helpful and spacious room and bathroom. Late checkout 11am and convenient to leave bags for the day.

Our room was on 4th floor and unfortunately very noisy and hard to sleep. Room very small but clean and lovely (except for small table which was grubby and never got wiped over) Room service never an issue and super fast, THANK YOU! The bathroom had an awesome mirror (backlit) and very spacious for a small studio apartment. Full length mirror was great! Small fridge not good. Breakfast staff just lovely and attentive. Housekeeping did move some of our personal items around which we didn’t like and don’t think they should touch?? Overall Novotel Darling Square tries hard to meet customer needs! Thank you!

Rooms are nice, service is the best ever! You ask anything, and you get it straight away.
Breakfast and lunches were very nice, various menus, and again very nice staff!

All very clean, room cleaning is 5 stars!

Around the corner, you have the Chines Garden of Friendship, a real pearl inside the CBD. And the famous Pumphouse of course, for a nice beer and snacks.

(Prices are a bit high in comparison with offers around this area)

Room Tip: I am not sure, but I think corner rooms can have a varanda, and possibility of opening the windows.

New hoyel easy to get nice n hip places here and there specially Darling Harbour or near chinatown. Beside of location specialty, bloody nothings better. I am holding Loyalty higher tier but got services as low as i am since i checked in. Comllimentry water services control by Front desk and have to recheck or bag for my own goods.
Breakfast menu was rotated every 2days same things and simple, rather take something better outside of Hotel. Worth to pay around 35bucks.
