Being so close to a variety of restaurants and attractions is a highlight for many of our guests, and we're pleased to know it was convenient for your stay.
We acknowledge your comments regarding the condition of the rooms and are actively working with the property owners to address these issues. Over the past few years, we have made significant improvements, such as installing new Sealy Plush beds, refurbishing the lifts, and updating the carpeting in both rooms and corridors. However, we recognize there is still more to be done, particularly in addressing areas such as chipped paint, furniture, and plumbing concerns, and these are part of our ongoing refurbishment plans.
We also appreciate your feedback regarding the cold tap in the shower and will have our maintenance team look into this issue immediately to ensure that it’s resolved for future guests.
Regarding the large bathroom soap and shampoo bottles, we’ve transitioned to this system as part of our eco-friendly initiative to reduce single-use plastics. We understand your preference for sealed miniatures, but these are avaialble at reception if this is what you require and we will take your comments into account as we continue to evaluate the guest experience.
