Have been to Sydney a few times. This is probably the best hotel have stayed in based on a mixture of price, room, location and service. I would come here again.
Top point for myself was the location near the station. A great train service meant easy to get out of town - plus I even lazily caught the train/underground up to Town Hall a couple of times (even though just one stop up). Anything to avoid the continual waiting at road crossings! (You cannot hear the station at all).
A 14th floor room facing the city was an added bonus.
I checked in early (around 06h30) due to my flight and this was not even mentioned. I liked that. After 24hrs of travelling I was looking forward to a nice shower. So full marks there.
As ever internet connection and charges remain somewhat behind-the-times. Internet, in this day and age, should be free in places like this - plus the connection speed should be faster. Alas, this seems to be the norm in Australia.
