Outstanding service, excellent food, Ideal location to great attractions and eating. Views were breath taking if Harbour and Opera House. We found our accommodations to fit perfectly for what we wanted to see and do in Sydney.

I so wanted to love this hotel, location is awesome and there are so many good places around. I checked in and as a platinum member was upgraded to a suite, was pretty excited until I saw the room. It was tired and old with a strange high backed lounge rather than a sofa, my view was of the city neither bridge nor opera house, the bathroom was unpleasant and very old fashioned... Its a shame as the gym is superb, the attached restaurants and bars especially 3 bottle man is great. The executive lounge again is tired and the food on both times I looked seemed poor, lack of decent bottled beer in the lounge again lost points. On the plus side I needed something printed and the gentleman in the lounge couldn't have been more helpful, also the evening staff at 3 bottle man great.

Another downside when I checked out there were 3 staff checking out 2 people, when I asked why my bill was higher on the invoice was higher than the pro forma I was told that it was owing to a credit surcharge the guy on the front desk as on the verge of aggressive about it, ironically he seemed to be the one training the "trainee" he was the one who needed training. I was due to return there at the end of the month have cancelled and changed my booking to our alternative hotel, don't like this Marriott.

Excellent service and outstanding amenities. Location of this property is in a superb centrally located part of town near the harbor. The property features fine dining and an executive club area for Marriott Elite members. The city is very walker friendly, easily getting from one place to another. Transportation from the airport via light rail is straight forward and easy to use.

Room Tip: Rooms were very comfortable.

Perfect location for business meetings, fully equipped from a technology point of view, and with an easy access to and from the airport. Easy walk to tourist attractions such as the opera house, the Rock, and ferries to Bondi beach for weekend getaways.

Spent 4 nights here as first stop on our Australia trip. Arrived early and they apologized for not having the room ready. We were offered a shower in the gym and breakfast in the lounge. Gold elite status helped for sure. We got a room upgrade and they did call us to let us know the room was ready.
Throughout the stay everybody was so nice and helpful.

Room Tip: We got a bridge view but there was a big construction site in front. A true upgrade would be a opera view.
