Fabulous food! With a group of friends we chose the group menu. The herb focaccia was great with lots of flavour! The halloumi with honey and pistachios are a must! The lamb delicious with mash potatoes, baby carrots paired with a fantastic Pinot Noir recommended by the staff! Garlic Prawns with gnocchi was also a winner! Fish amazing too!
Definitely desserts to finish! Great service, attentive staff. We’ll definitely be back!

Fabulous food for a crowd. 12 friends chose the set menu and everything was delicious: adored the halloumi with honey, Rosemary focaccia with pumpkin mash, the prawns, salad, heirloom carrots, fish, lamb and mash potatoes. Terrific wine too. Excellent service from friendly attentive staff. We intend to come back for breakfast. No one rushed us to leave.

My friends took over for dinner and im so glad they took me there, service and food a really outstanding. Manager is also very kind and all the staff are great... I would def come back to this place

We were staying at the Mercure hotel and we dined at Platform 818. Bonus was kid's ate free and food was fabulous. Lamb shoulder was amazing as was chicken dish. Couldnt fault service or food. Was great.
Only criticism was coffees at breakfast were lukewarm. Even replacement coffees werent hot. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful.

Awful service. Took 35 minutes for 6 cocktails. Ordered our food, then multiple times by different staff if we had ordered.
Food came out 1 meal had been forgotten about. Took another 20 minutes.
Impossible to order a drink without going to find a waiter. As you can tell, I wouldn’t recommend.
