Had a wonderful night at platform 818. Great service with our waitress Alice being bubbly and very friendly throughout the night.

The food was delicious with five different courses and all complimenting the next well. Had a few delicious cocktails too and the setting was just beautiful. Will be back again for another lovely meal. Recommend this place very highly for a dinner at a great price.

We dined here as part of the eat club promotion (50% off food and drinks), which was fantastic value for money. My cocktail was delicious, and the professional and warm service by Kuma and Alice made us feel totally spoilt. Thanks for a lovely night!

The service at Platform 818 was outstanding. While the food was amazing (in terms of both taste and presentation), the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff was what stood out the most. Our waitress Ann never kept us waiting and provided us with an experience that was both professional and personal. We look forward to our next meal at Platform 818!
