The sky pier is quite small and the board which has been put across the railings makes it hard to even click photos. When you go there you ask yourself..this was it?

Short drive from Coffs Harbour but well worth it. The panoramic views are breathless. Stepping out onto this "pier" has a wow factor that is extremely impressive. One feels excitement and a little fear at the same time.

A fairly winding road up into the hills gets you to a well made lookout, car park and in the warmer months coffee shop.

The walkway hangs over the local tree’d hills giving an uninterrupted view over Coffs Harbour and the coast to the south. A nice 10 minute walk is available down the hill and back.

We saw the closed coffee shop but it sounded good from the menu.

Not a long or time consuming visit, but a good excursion in a day of sight seeing in the area. Definitely worth the effort and it’s free!

Worth the drive up, providing a lovely outlook over the area. Plenty of parking, toilets and even a coffee cart at the lookout. The weather was pretty wet when we visited, and low cloud obscured some of the view, but it was still lovely. The Sky Pier sways slightly which may induce vertigo in those unhappy with heights.
