Stayed for 2 nights on way to the Gold Coast and 1 night on the way home. Nice clean rooms. King studio was perfect for hubby and I and a extra bed in the room for toddler. Friendly helpful owners. Would definitely recommend for short stays. Only downside is if you had noisy neighbours as some other people have no consideration for others in the small complex.
We needed a stop over before going on to a family Wedding and searched for a quiet location near restaurants and the beach in Coffs and found Ocean Park Motel. Loved walking the beach...ask reception how to find the pathway to beach. Motel itself clean and quiet. And we had a lovely meal at the club near by. An older style motel not flashy but clean.

Stayed 2 nights its in a great spot near the water a local hotel and the bowls club within easy walking distance. Best part of the room was the king size bed the rest was average. Told by manageress to drop key in box behind office upon leaving no other contact office was usually shut. Bowling club was great.

The motel is run by my husband and myself, and unfortunately neither of us have the luxury of sitting behind the desk in reception all day. I try to be in the office in the afternoon when people are checking in, but sometimes I need to leave reception for various reasons. However, we are always on sight and if you need us all you need to do is ring the bell and we will come. We tell our guests that they can drop the key in the black box, because we like to make check-out simple and easy, however all our guests are welcome to return the key to the office if they prefer, and some do.

Thanks trip advisor for another great suggestion. We needed a stop over and this was rated highly. Great location and convenient to shops and restaurants. We needed a stop over on the way to Brisbane and this was perfect for a family of 3. Very clean and spacious. Thanks Doug and Leah for a great stay!

Always worried when booking online that the place will be as viewed online. This place is better. We stayed in the 3 bedroom and it was great. Our adult kids had enough space and we all enjoyed our stay immensely. The location is perfect to everywhere and I was shocked at how quiet the area was being across the road from the beach. Even the pub didnt cause any noise. I would recommend this place 100% and hope to stay there again sometime. They have a resident dog Jasper who is beautiful and they are quick to take him away if Jasper is annoying. Which my daughter would say he definitely was not. She loved him.
