Rhys and staff were excellent. A wedding of 57 people was no issue. The ambiance of the pagoda made for a beautiful location while the marquee was a great venue for our reception.
Nothing was an issue for the team including some last minute changes. We had a diverse crowd with dietary requirements that were all met from shellfish allergies to paleo and gluten free.
Wines were reasonable and the food great. Canapés were a hit with the guests and there was no shortage of them. We opted for the buffet and it worked a treat. The veggie curry was tasty with the veggies maintaining their texture and shape and the smoked chicken breast with mango salsa was simply the best.
Can highly recommend

Service is awful food just as bad. We waited 1 hour for our meal 2 meals arrived then 10 minutes later the third arrived, and the chips which of the frozen kind were cold .We then ordered coffee and waited 20 minutes for them to reach the table and they were also cold. With so much choice in Canberra you need to lift your game. I will not return.

Great cafe in a delightful setting. Delicious toasted turkish bread sandwiches and good coffee. Great selection of tasty cakes. The service was a bit hit and miss and they managed to get our simple order wrong but this was easily fixed. Lovely outdoor seating and a rather nice indoor setting too.

My friend and I had lunch here on Wednesday. We ordered the share platter which consisted of a few slices of smoked salmon, prosciutto, a couple of olives and morsels of roasted tomato in oil and a few 1" toasted slices of bread. Not really enough to share.
We found it interesting that there were dusty artificial flowers with a couple of dead carnations on our table and the cafe is metres away from the nursery!
The floor was filthy, the material on the ceiling looked like it had mould through it and had seen better days. There were magpies in the restaurant landing on the table and eating food from the plates.. Extremely unhygenic

Ordinary food. Very slow service on a quiet day. Just not acceptable for this location and in this day and age.
