Excellent service, location and no need to leave the hotel for a bar with great atmosphere and a restaurant with good food! Spacious rooms with modern layout and nice touches like Nespresso machines to boot!

Very comfortable and close to all services. it's my number one choice when staying for business in Canberra. Restaurants are within walking distance and there is plenty of choice to suit everyone. Highly recommended

We had a great family room, the hotel itself is well appointed and modern. Its location is excellent with easy walking to restaurants and grocery shops/pharmacy etc at Manuka or Kingston. While we didn't have a lot to do with staff, the ones we did encounter were friendly and helpful. Rooms were very well cleaned. On busy nights there can be a little bit of late night noise from the Kingston Pub across the street, but it was not enough to cause any concern. All in all a lovely apartment hotel.

Checked this hotel out on Trip Advisor. It is just a terrific place.
Our huge room had a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, fridge and cook top. Also in the bank of cupboards was a washing machine, tumble dryer and laundry sink.
Beautifully equipped. Then the living room. Comfy couch, deep sunken chair with foot stool and large TV.
It didn't work on our first night and was replaced immeadiately, no hesitation.
Huge king bed and sensational bathroom.
Best of all Joes Wine Bar - great choic of wines, amazing ambience and the staff. Nicollo our gentle waiter, Ash behind the bar, the remarkable Deborah with her shining intellligence, Tahnee with her lovely smile and Georgina. Not to forget amazing menu all the food cooked in the kitchen in the bar area. Even the chefs were smiling!
From front of house, to cleaning team, everyone was friendly, extremely helpful and so polite.
Honestly I run out of superlatives to describe this hotel. Well situated between Kingston and Manuka, actually closer to Manuka and right on bus routes, or a quick drive to the tourist sites and CBD.
We also got free parking with our booking.
I just can't wait to return to Canberra and once again stay at this fabulous place. Congratulations East Hotel.

A perfect place for business and pleasure. Good in house restaurants and walking close to Manuka and Kingston.
Deluxe studio is spacious and comfortable and the small balcony ideal for a peaceful breakfast.
