Different levels of quality. The older standard rooms are basic and a bit tired. Especially bathrooms. But clean and adequate. The common areas are very nice. Good bar. Good restaurant. The buffet brekky is ok. A bit ho hum. Good parking. Good rates.

I have stayed here several times when in Canberra and the level of service is always excellent from check in to check out. The breakfast is very nice with an array of items to suit all palates. The rooms are spacious and very clean thanks to great housekeeping. The Pavilion has beautiful indoor gardens surrounding a lounge , bar and restaurant area which is so nice and relaxing. The staff are all friendly and helpful, the location is close enough to most things, this is what makes me book this property each time I return to Canberra.

Room Tip: The twin room I asked for had 1 queen sized bed and 1 single which was perfect.

My mum stays here regularly and they now remember her and look after her. Rooms are comfy, staff friendly, and the restaurant is great. It’s always safe and comfy and the kids can visit grandma there!

Always a comfortable stay at a reasonable price. Easy access, with convenient parking.Accessing the swimming pool through he breakfast area is a bit strange. Walking though this area when wrapped in a towel & wet doesn't seem right.

Room Tip: Try to avoid a room facing Northbourne Ave, particularly whilst the tram line is being constructed, because of the traffic noise.

Stayed overnight on 2 occasions recently.
Comfortable beds. Clean well maintained rooms and a lovely internal setting with doors opening to a very impressive and lush indoor garden.
Friendly efficient staff.
Good value for money.
Small negative is the traffic noise in rooms facing Northbourne. Other rooms quiet.
Highly recommended
