Nice swimming pool view, decent restaurant , small but clean and nice rooms, German and English not a problem. Not for handicapped people ( I think ) no elevator , no baggage service at the arrival, we were offered at departure but we denied. Overall nice place , I will stay there again.

Hello Mr. Anthony:

Thank you very much for taking the time to opine about our Hotel. We will take in consideration what you said about baggage service. Although, we do have the service operative, I talked with my team so situations like this wont ocurr in the future. We make a big effort to give a good atention to our guests so they can have a good experience. I hope you can visit us sometime again.

Have a nice day.

The room was beautiful but the best part was the view. It was truly amazing. The hotel staff was very nice and extremely helpful. We were there in June so it was a little cold but still worth it. We would definitely stay there again if we’re ever back in the area.

We booked two rooms here, we loved the rooms we loved the balconies and we loved the views.
Only problem we had is being given rooms 1 and 2. We asked for two room to be next to each other, even though deceptive these rooms were the furthest from each other on this floor, we got given room 1 and it had no air con it was stuffy and i think the worst views. When we asked to be given a room closer to our family and with Aircondition, they didn't hesitate and everyone was always very friendly. we ended up in room 4, rooms 2,3 and 4 are all close together with a seperate door to get into.
After this, everything was faultless. it was our favourite hotel of our south American holiday. The views are stunning, even though we drove around in Chile, we did want a day out exploring Vina del Mar and got a bus directly outside the hotel (we thought parking and driving during the busy times would be to crazy). They told us not every bus would stop as its not an offical bus stop. But the first bus stopped for us. A Taxi on the way home wasn't expensive either.

We would definitely stay at this hotel again, we only had 2 nights and that was definitely not enough time to explore the surrounding beaches

Room Tip: Rooms on the first floor have bigger balconies. I would ask to not stay in Room1 with corner/street views

We had booked the entire hotel for family picnic.. I must say the experience was too good. The room are very clean, comfortable beds, good organic food served.
The pool is something you should not miss at all. The entire location is surrounded with greenery. you will get to see some fireflies as well in the night.
Nice helpful staff.
I would stay over at this place every time i am in Goa.

Pros: View, right on the ocean. Ocean breezes, sometimes too strong to be outside.
Nice staff, safe location. Clean rooms, comfy beds. They have a family suite for people with kids which is why we chose this location.
Cons: Not within walking distance to anywhere, no nearby restaurants to walk to, on a cliff by itself. Run down. Pool front is clean but with ripped and stained cushions and cheap furniture. This is common in S. america. The restaurant is more of a cafe and the breakfast was basic and south american standard basic. Not awesome but free. So, we ate out the next day. Rooms on the street side are super noisy with traffic. No double paned windows. We slept with earplugs just fine though. Kind of defeats staying on the ocean with a highway right behind your head. There is a dilapidated building right next door so your view to the right is an abandoned house that is indefinitely in mediation. Not their fault but adds to the run downness feeling. Value for cost is not there. Still, by S. American standards still nice....not luxury.

Room Tip: rooms with ocean view that are shielded from the street
