“Most amazing open room in Mexico”

Of the 3 weeks in Mexico this was our favorite room and we were glad the last place we stayed as it was a great way to finish the trip and reflect back on everything we had done. It is a 3 floor property and the other guest all wanted to trade us rooms but we wouldn't. The stunning beach is pretty much empty during the week except for the rare snorkeling group boat. Great restaurant with limited / late times of service but incredible food. There is one lady that serves food and beer on the beach but she is high priced and everything is tuna even though she says it is beef. The water is so clear you can see down between 20-25 feet. One note though if you are older - the stairs can be a bit awkward as they look more like art than stairs. Rise and tread is normal once you get the rhythm. Hot water is scarce but you don't really need it as a cold shower is welcome at the end of the hot day. The kitchen is well outfitted so bring some groceries. I hate that this beach with be spoiled in the future with development. Get this open room for as long as you can and enjoy!
