We had a very pleasant stay at Mercure Tirrenia Green Park, a clean calm and wide hotel area. The beach is just a few minutes away and the room as well as the breakfast were great. Especially I'd like to thank Vanessa at the reception. She was super nice and welcomed us very genuinely at the check-in. We can only recommend to stay there.

We’ve stayed at the GPR for 4 days and had a great time!
The rooms were clean and tidy, the massage was great, the park was amazing and beautifully constructed! The pool is big and clean, the staff always friendly and nice!
They offer a voucher for beach rent at the La siesta club next door, great deal!
The only down part was the breakfast! We were disappointed that it was very basic and not superior for a 4 star hotel! I think they really should level up here!

Other than that - definitely worth a visit!

The room was excellent and clean. Reception team very helpful
Great swimming area. Restaurant was poor value. We ordered what we thought was fish and chips. A fried hake in better on about 6 veg crisps 15 euro.
Breakfast was okay.
Restaurants around the hotel were poor with terrible service. Had to get a bus to anywhere decent to eat.

As an Accor gold member we were upgraded to a junior suite which appeared to be newly updated. It was very comfortable but oddly the tv and fridge were in the bedroom rather than living room and no English tv channels. Lovely balcony to sit on. Shower flooded the bathroom floor. Overall it was a nice room. The pool area was great. Breakfast offerings were meagre but just adequate. The local area looks like a bomb site but just up the road is a restaurant ‘In Barca’ which was fabulous. Disappointed in having to pay for parking.

Stayed for 3 nights with friend and 2 children in a Junior Suite. The best things about this hotel are:

- 2 large pools, lots of space and never felt crowded.
- staff that worked at the pool bar were very helpful
- room large & clean

However there are some things that were disappointing:

- the wifi was poor and had to log in every time you wanted to use it
- the bathroom flooded every time you used the shower as the shower screen was not long enough. When I say flooded, I mean flooded and took several towels to mop up
- the coffee and milk was not replenished
- we ate dinner in the hotel restaurant one evening but this was a very limited menu

The hotel is basically in the middle of nowhere between Tirrenia and Livorno and I was surprised by how derelict some of the surrounding area was. You would really need a car to stay here, luckily we relied on pre booked taxi's to take us to Pisa for the day but had to walk to the local water park (although I believe there is a bus service that runs fairly regularly).

Immediately opposite the hotel is a supermarket and shopping area with some restaurants (pizza, burgers, bar, pasta place).
