Thank you 'Canoe The Riverlands'. My husband and I had an amazing time on the beautiful Murray River and it's fabulous creeks. Our kayak adventure began early morning. We were greeted and briefed by Ruth and her husband. Our two person kayak was comfortable and roomy. It had enough space for our picnic stored in a cool bag along with plenty of water and dry bags for phones etc. I had never kayaked before and felt safe and at ease. Ruth had given us maps of the creeks for routes which we could follow. They were easy to understand and made our adventure all the better. We were treated to a lot of wildlife and saw Pelicans, kangaroos, and even an eagle to name but a few. All in all an excellent day at very reasonable prices and if you want to you can keep your kayak until 8 pm all for the same cost. Definately give this a go even if you are a total novice like me. We will, next time we are in Paringa x

We hired two single kayaks and Ruth took time to kit us out with waterproof bags for our phones, picnic and books. We also took a day pack with our beach towels and two litres of water each which we needed as rather than 2 hours we ended out staying out for 4 hours, spending a couple of hours lazing on a riverbank having lunch, reading and swimming. These all fitted 'below deck' in lidded storage areas. Ruth gave us a mini kayak lesson including how to use the rudder. Although we just did a small loop it was a great taster and we can now understand how kayakers can just camp along their journey with all they need stashed away. It was a beautiful way to take in the quiet majesty of the Murray River.

We hired a canoe and a kayak for our houseboat holiday over Christmas and Ruth was wonderful to deal with. She paddled the canoes out to our houseboat as we drove past !
Kids and adults all had a wonderful week paddling the Murray.
Easy to organise and great value.

My partner and I did the 'Taste of the Riverland' tour with Ruth. It was an amazing experience and Ruth did a fantastic job showing us around the back waters of the Murray River. Would definitely go back to do it again and highly recommend it to everyone!

I decided to hire some kayaks with my friends when visiting Renmark. I was very impressed by the owners. Very reasonably priced. Included a map and details about where we could explore. Beautiful location too
