“A very good choice - enjoyed our stay”

As we found the description of the property a bit vague, here's a bit more info. Grace Cottage has 3 bedrooms, one of which was described as a single, but is in fact a twin room. The other two had standard double beds which some may find a little small, but as we were two couples, we spread ourselves out a bit using all 3 rooms. The twin room has no wardrobe and no room for open suitcases, but the large chest of drawers made up for it - we just unpacked everything into the drawers and placed the suitcases under the bed. There is a shower and toilet upstairs (separate rooms) and a bathroom downstairs with a shower over the bath.
The kitchen is well equipped and we were able to cook there quite happily. There is a small Coop store and bakeries in the village and a couple of large supermarkets about 20 mins away in Penzance (so we stocked up on our way to St Just). There are also 4 pubs and a couple of takeaway shops.
The cottage was clean and tidy - not 100% spotless but perfectly acceptable even for someone as fussy as me. The bottle of wine on arrival (which we didn't get around to drinking!) was a nice gesture.
When we first arrived, the TV remote wasn't working properly and the heating wouldn't come on, but we resolved both issues ourselves (a previous visitor had obviously spilt something on the remote so it just needed a clean out, and the heating was straightforward once we found the instruction book in the kitchen).
St Just is an interesting place, and a good base for the Lands End area of Cornwall. The weather was very foggy for 3 of the 7 days, apparently not uncommon. To be fair, St Ives was also foggy when we went there.

“Lovely base for this part of Cornwall”
Reviewed 16 September 2016 for a stay in September 2016

Very pleasant cottage and very clean throughout. Just right for me, hubby and mum! An easy walk into the town of St Just, which is quite busy but a lovely place. The cottage has everything you need for a stay and is quite spacious. Don't miss a walk or drive to Cape Cornwall, much better than Lands End :)
If you feel like a long challenging walk, take the coastal route to Sennen Cove, stop for some refreshments and then get the bus back!

“Lovely cottage, great location and dog friendly!”
Reviewed 26 July 2016 for a stay in July 2016

We had an amazing time at Grace Cottage. The cottage was clean, dog friendly, well decorated and in a perfect location. The communication between us and the owner was quick and efficient if we had any questions and we will be returning next year (my third year).
St Ives and St just are beautiful and are worth the drive from our place in Birmingham. We were glad to have such a great holiday with the dogs in a lovely cottage that felt like home

We have just returned home having stayed at Grace Cottage for the last week. We had a lovely time and the weather was quite kind to us. It was nice to renew visits to old haunts.

Grace Cottage is a three bedroom property and is much larger than it looks from the outside. There is a super large walk-in shower upstairs with separate toilet and hand basin opposite. Adjacent to the kitchen is a full sized family bathroom with shower over the bath.
The cottage was lovely and clean and well equipped and had everything we required. We were welcomed with flowers, wine, and all tea making facilities.
The cottage was in a convenient setting and St Just met all our requirements, Pub, Bakers, Butchers etc. and everybody was very friendly and helpful.
