Wonderful stay in a family owned hotel with restaurant. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The food is really delicious. The best place if you want to try catalan cuisine. Most of the food came from local producers or the owner's family farms. The countryside surrounding the hotel is quite and beatiful, and there are fantastic hiking tours.

Just amazing in all aspects! The rooms, the food, the facilities and most of all the service. Can't say enough good things about the warm hospitality, the care taken to each last detail and the focus on pampering guests .

This is very much a restaurant with rooms, the hotel part of the establishment is only a two star at best the rooms and bathrooms are pretty basic which is a shame when attached to a very good restaurant! but to be fair the price of the rooms reflect what you get.

We had the petit menu the first night and must say that one of the courses was a selection of nine different varieties of tomatoes skinned segmented and put back together drizzled with olive oil and balsamic vinegar with tiny pieces of cheese and complimented with a dish of marinaded mackerel filets was an absolute delight and we have not stopped talking about it with our friends!

The restaurant is certainly worth a visit as most of the produce comes from the families own farm and the quality is superb.

The restaurant is of course why you visit, and that is reviewed separately. As a hotel, there are things that could be improved. The rooms and facilities are pretty basic, but that's fine because the price is reasonable (especially when a top chef cooks your eggs for breakfast). Three things stood out though. First, there isn't a single piece of information in the room. Second, it turned out you can't pay your bill and check out before 10 a.m. (which meant we couldn't get our hire car back in time). And third, we couldn't get a drink in the afternoon when we were relaxing in the lounge area. It's a lovely place; it could be better though. The restaurant, on the other hand, is faultless.
