My room had the strangest layout I've ever seen in a hotel. They warned me about the room beeing rather small during check-in, but I was still surprised. It was kind of early-years cruise-liner meets hostel, and the cramped bunk-bed (wich amazingly was only one bed - go figure) with it's hard and springy mattress didn't do any favors for my sleep. A hard sofa-bed was placed half-way underneath the bunk-bed and with a drawer-bed underneath - that's three in total on, let's say, 8m2? I strongly suggest that they invest in a modern family-type bunk-beds in these rooms. Then at least it's possible for an adult to turn around in the bed and not constantly banging knees and elbows into the bed-sides.
Furthermore, the hotel is located a bit outside the city-centre, and it has a shipyard as it's closest neighboor. On a sunny day, you will find that the hotel's gym is blasting poor dance-muzak out the open windows until closing time.
The positive things include free-wifi (but I feel that's mandatory these days), good breakfast, free access to a huge gym, a small waterworld and at least a clean room.
Kudos to the super-friendly staff! They provide friendliness well over average.More
