Service is much improved athough the food is similar to before with the main feature being the open fireplace wood BBQ. Only problem is that it radiates a lot of heat into the restaurant so book a tbel in advance well away from the fireplace.
The meat can be a litle variable! Large portions but not always particualry tasty or tender. They do also usually do nice fish dishes depending on what's available & we would recommend their Turbot of available, best dish we had last time we ate there.
Good wine list although overall prices a bit high. Difficult to eat a decent meal here with wine for less than €50 a head.
