We visited this place for our annual Christmas party. This is an all year round attraction with electric barbecues for free. the lake would be especially good during the summer as the kids can swim from the artificial "sandy" beach.

This place is amazing for picnics, walks and swimming. There is a beach area to swim, and the walks are wonderful. Lots of kangaroos and birds wander around. Lots of very clean BBQ and tables and seats in and out of the shade. Bike riding paths and a boat ramp. Great place.

f you want to get away from the city & enjoy some quiet time. Then this is the place to be. You can go for a walk along the many walking tracks, bring your mountain bike & enjoy the awesome dirt tracks. Plenty of spots to set up a picnic rug .Does have toilet facilities, barbeques.
Pointers, it can get quite busy on weekends especially in the summer months, so maybe come early if you are wanting to use their barbeques as you may have to wait. As the tracks are quite uneven they can be quite slippery after rainfall.

It is a great place spend your time. We had a swim in the lake and had a great fun. We could enjoy barbecue for which there were a plenty of barbecue facilities. We have to take everything and go because no place in the park to buy your stuff. You can walk,run, jogging,relax on the sand or lawn and many more things. I love this place.

Take your bike, walk or run around these great tracks. Easy to park, facilities good but it is BYO, as no operating cafe the day we went. Saw a few kangaroos as well.
