The food at this cosy restaurant was stunning and a great atmosphere, however the meal was ruined when we paid $17 each for an affogato. The dessert menu had affogato with liquer. The four of us asked if it were possible to have just an affogato and not any liquer. The waiter consented and then bought out four scoops of icecream each with a half shot of coffee. When we asked again for an affogato which (we suggested) is generally a full shot of coffee and 1 scoop of icecream, the waiter arrogantly took the glasses away and returned with 1 scoop in each and now cold coffee. At the end of the meal we were still charged for a full dessert price each and the waiter was extremely rude and coldly unpleasant. We paid the full price but left with a particularly bad taste.......we are unlikely to return.
