i everytime ask for shintrewadi for live i only say its overexpensive. there rates are above 8K it includes 3 meals and its compulsory to take 3 meals. if you have budget go for this and if you are middle class men like me then try other hotels there are lots of hotels near beach and with private entry in beach. this hotel also have pvt entry on beach but its too expensive. i only want to tell them please reduce price and give chance to middle class family or give them chance to expirience ur hotel. if they like your ambience then they will decide its woth or not.... thanx aniket ghuge

Landed up in this property without booking on a weekend. The owners were great help and provided me accommodation like a friend ( chargeable though) , very conveniently located with beach access and lots of open space with simple swings and slides for children. Loved it and shall endeavor to visit again.

We had a pleasant experience at this place. It has 6 cottages, farm house, villa and part of owners personal bungalow (ground floor). They can host about 70 to 80 people. We reached on 2nd January, hence had avoided the party crowd. We received good service and rooms were easily available. We stayed in the ground floor bungalow region. Remember to take mosquito killer racket and towels. They do make arrangements to kill off mosquitoes but it's better to have more protection. Hot water available for bath is perfect!! Food is really good. We asked for Ukdiceh modak to eat for dinner and Thalipeeth for breakfast and both were exceptionally delicious. Owner of this place looks after the place with all his heart and has good control of the situation. Best part is the beach.. unbelievably long, unexplored and clean! We had long walks on the beach early morning and played cricket in the evening during sunset.

We booked a farm house in shintrwadi for 5 families on 31 Dec. This property is owned by Mr Shintre. He is very cooperative and nice person.

The property is very nice and calm and on the beach. It has children play area with slide ,swing etc where kids can spend some time. The farm house is with 5 rooms with each room having 4 bed and attached bathroom. No TV or AC. This is a good option for a group of ppl to spend time on the beach.

It was quite expensive for us but not sure as we stayed during 31 Dec so every hotel was expensive during this time.

Out of 5 rooms one room had common bathroom for 2 rooms which could be disturbing to the person who opt to stay there. All rooms were clean. in the front there is huge passage where you can sit relax and have your food.

The food however was little disappointing. May be because we stayed there during peak season but there are options to eat outside. We chose to eat at nearby lunch home.

If you like to stay in beach side property and have a group then this is good option.

Room Tip: Farm A rooms are better than Farm B
