We had this hotel pre paid for through booking.com for 3 nights. When we arrived the receptionist asked for the original bank card we used to book it on. This card had expired so we didn't have the original card. they wanted to charge us the same amount again (even though the room had been paid for) then supposedly refund us 7 days later. But after reading reviews on trip advisor about the hotel staff reluctant to give back the deposits and after the staff being so rude & not being helpful we decided to find another hotel to stay in! We only saw the reception area which didn't look very nice so I can't really let you know what the rest was like. We decided to find another hotel down the road.
