Review of Dolce by Wyndham Hanoi Golden Lake

The worst hotel. April 2024 only stayed two nights and this hotel charged my credit card three times total of $1100.
The hotel even charged those day I wasn't even come to Vietnam. I have been claiming my money through Expedia and my bank couldn't refund. Even send a person to claim my money. The hotel keep pushing the problem away. Do not stay this hotel!!!

The view is beautiful ...you will love it...Mostly things are gold plated ... The washroom is big and golden plated . Hotel provides vegan dishes in the breakfast.The quality of food is amazing. The room service is quick....The swimming pool on top floor is awesome 👌

The experience was amazing . The view is awesome and so is the food and service. The location is central and has access to nice small cafés and food shops . There is a nearby ice cream shop Mixue and everyone one must try it. The staff is courteous and understands English well .

Pathetic experience with the front desk manager Chian . His racist behaviour towards Indians is unpardonable . His way of talking is so bad and rude . He thinks Indian are here for creating nuisance . I am travelling with the parents and family . And today is my first day in Vietnam . But horrible

Amazing hotel and staff! From the first moment stepped into this place I felt warmly welcomed and taken care off. Rachel and the rest of the reception team is always there if you have any questions or need something. Also special thanks to everybody working here, always smiling and treating me super well. Coming back in a few months for sure and highly recommend this place for anyone staying Hanoi for business or vacation. Also make sure to checkout the rooftop restaurant and bar - huge view, atmosphere and great drinks and food.
