Staff are a huge plus: friendly, supportive and professional.
Both view and food are phenomenal
Room is standard but as I have mentioned, the people here is what makes this hotel above those in the same price range

Great service. We were so well looked after. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were good rooms were spotlessly clean. The hotel has a great location for looking round the city. Would recommend to families. You won’t be disappointed.

The fruit plate is really fresh. The hotel on a quiet road…which is very good for sleeping. You can find the way to coffee shop, market, Ho Tay….and so on. Hotel’s staff so friendly. I am really enjoy when I stay at Flower Garden Hotel. I will come back in furture.

Clean, neat and tidy hotel. Great location. Friendly staff. Close to night market and many nice restaurants.
They do also have a nice roof top bar with great views.
Comfortable bed. It would be good if there is bit more space in the room, however given the location being in the centre of Hanoi, I guess it is ok.

Good stay to stay. Our room good, the staff was helpful, the breakfast was good. The location is center, near the lake,.
We will come back. There are many choice ar the breakfast.
The weather is hot this time. They have roof top bar but we did not try it.
