Excellent hotel, welcoming and helpful staf, comfortabel room, bathroom meets all requirements inclusief a rainshower, great divers breakfast and restaurant, fine rooftop bar with view over Hanoi. Secure Wifi, and a surprising lobby, with a giftshop containing products from all over Vietnam. If you missed it, you can get it here. Location is nearby the old town. I’ll certainly come back when visiting Hanoi.

Great hotel, centrally located. Easy walk to lake, markets, etc. Breakfast is excellent. Rooms are very clean. ATM is only 1 x block away. There is rooftop bar. Decent views at night but we didnt eat there. I foundcstaff very helpful. Highly recommended.

Fantastic stay at flower garden. Centrally located with a 20 min walk to the old quarter, 5 mins to local market and west lake and really nice neighbourhood with plenty of restaurants if you don’t want to venture too far. Friendly helpful staff, comfortable rooms, filtered water in the foyer, breakfast is good with lots of variety and a great rooftop bar. We will definitely return.

Great location, really good room and all the staff are so welcoming and helpful.
Also, highly recommend the Roof-Top Bar - Tuan the barman is amazing and very entertaining.

Breakfast was good.. Currency can be exchanged at the hotel itself..
Upgraded the room for us as we had a 4 month old baby travelling with us..
