The hotel is beautiful, clean, and has open space and is close to the city center and entertainment areas in Hanoi. The staff is friendly and enthusiastic with take care. The hotel also has a buffet, restaurant and the food is quite ok which is a plus point here. Overall very satisfied, will come back next time

This is the second time I have stayed there, everything is good, especially the service. I love how they treated me and my friend and family.
The room is not quite large but spacious enough and cozy.
