The resort is beautiful and very well maintained. The staff are courteous at all times and the daily housekeeping of the room goes above and beyond.
Evening entertainment in Swizzles bar is too easy listening for us, though Johnnie G was excellent.
The resort is in the middle of nowhere but transport, both public and resort controlled is excellent.
For those who are not millionaires, the Apple's Eye Bar & Grill, just 50 yards down the road provides excellent value for money.

We have just returned from one of our annual visits to Radisson having two timeshares in the hotel and as usual it was excellent although I have to point out a couple of minor issues I had this time. Firstly the staff on reception although being very courteous and polite really were at sixes and sevens and I feel they should be trained away from the front reception until they are fully confident in doing the job.
We used Agliolis on the night we arrived and it looked very nice having been recently updated however our son took ill and had it not been for two lovely paramedics coming to our aid i don't know what would have happened and for the manager he was not even interested but was interested enough when i went over to pay the bill 83 euros and we had never even had a sip of our bottle of Prosseco and very little of our food he never even approached our table to see what was happening that said the rest of our holiday went well and our son was fine.
I feel there is to much of a staff turnover recently and you get very little time to get to know them which is sad especially if you go regular having invested in time share but that will not put us off as our apartment is beautiful with wonderful views of both sea and countryside and can tell you when we bought into it we were NEVER EVER pressurised into buying so all things must have changed drastically if that is the case now. Cant wait to see you again in October

If you are seeking a resort type hotel away from it all, this Radisson Blu will do the job for you. Everything was correct and well managed. We had a suite which looked over the scrub rather than the sea, but that was okay (we were surprised, however, by the sudden "pop-up" of a hundred or so boy scouts camping out across from us over the weekend! They were boisterous but well behaved - no problem).

I will give special credit to the staff here: in our week's stay never once was the word "No" on anyone's lips. Any need or problem or request was address with a knowledgeable and prompt "Yes we can" attitude. THEIR professionalism is the real treasure of this place.

Lastly, a special thanks to "Henri". He is like an elder statesman here or ambassador-without-portfolio. I saw him everywhere doing everything, restaurant, concierge desk, client services, whatever. Any 5 star hotel in the world would be elevated by his employ. Thank you Henri, for being the dedicated, decent, hard working man you are.

The hotel is beautiful, walking into the lobby it is very spacious and clean with lovely floral displays and sofas. We were greeted on arrival and offered a drink of juice. Our cases were taken up to our room which we were very happy with. All staff go out of their way to help and nothing was too much trouble. I got the impression that the staff really do care! The breakfasts were amazing! It is evident the staff are highly trained & efficient.
