Malta and surrounding islands have a unique history and well worth a visit.

We are 50+ grandparents who stayed at the seabank resort with our 10 year old grandson.

Great family holiday in modern complex that caters for all the family. Also suitable for romantic young couples ,this resort is famous for weddings.
our family room was huge with two balconies(.look at room options to suit your needs.)

Professional entertainment in theatre at night was really good.Animation staff for kids aged up to 12 were good.
food and drinks were good .choice of eating venues was good ,however for some of them you need to book.
All Staff were helpful and polite and spoke excellent English.
Reception staff were excellent
The sandy beach directly across from resort is shallow and ok for kids of all ages.
there is a small harbour very close where you can book good value for money boat trips and watersports.trip to comina was lovely ,lunch was about 5euros each and speed boat trip was also around 5 euros if you choose this ,it was safe and my grandson loved this and swimming in the sea.
Bus stop is also near where you can explore Malta.
you can book trips in the hotel to Malta and the other islands we found these to be outstanding.
Overall we had a great holiday and will be going back.
Everyone we met also said that they would love to return to the seabank resort.

Currently staying at the hotel, firstly the good:

The hotel staff are brilliant, the pool great, room wonderful, food amazing, animation team friendly and good.

The Abysmal:

The evening shows are dire, put on by an outside company, every show has the same dance routine, just with a different song, 6 nights in we are bored to tears with them!

I have never stayed in a hotel with such awful evening entertainment, the professional shows should be on only 3 times a week, the remainder of the time should be left for the animation team to organise,I would like to see shows which involve the audience on stage!

My advice to the Management of DB Seabank is to spend 2 weeks watching every evening show, they would then realise how dire the shows are!

On arrival at the db Seabank Resort + Spa we were welcomed by friendly staff who made our check in swift and straightforward. We were also informed that the restaurant would be opening shortly for to provide us with refreshments and snack after a long day of travelling (we arrived at 10.30pm). Our room had tea and coffee facilities and throughout our stay was spotless and well maintained by the maids who again were friendly and asked if everything was satisfactory. The food in the hotel restaurants was all delicious and its worth booking each restaurant during your stay to try the different dishes on offer but I have to say our favourite was the Asian. The pool was lovely and we always managed to find a couple of sun loungers to chill on. This hotel has a brilliant hardworking animation team who provide a varied entertainment programme which has something to suit all tastes. This hotel overlooks Mellieha Bay and is across the road from the sandy beach and although there is not much to explore in the immediate vicinity the bus stop is also across the road and with a great bus service you can explore the island at very little cost. We have enjoyed our experience at this hotel so much we have already booked up for next year what better recommendation could you have ?

Room Tip: Request a sea view to observe the lovely Mellieha Bay

Our son enjoyed every minute of the pool party at the db Seabank. We had an absolutely wonderful time. The chief animator Belinda coordinated everything and kept kids busy with safe and structured games and activities. Food was excellent and everyone was satisfied.

We will certainly recommend db Seabank to other parents who are looking for a unique and memorable way to celebrate their kids birthday party. Thanks Belinda. Great job!

Having visited dB Seabank again this year with friends and family can honestly say it's getting better. The evening live entertainment has improved 100%.
Will be visiting again next year and so confident with the hotel and facilities talking more friends.
