Great food and good traditional dishes. Rather crowded in the evening, it is recomended to make a reservation, especially if you are a larger group. The meat was well cooked and the salad was fresh We were all very delighted, so we will go back again for dinner!

Located directly in the centre of kufstein near the fortress. The restaurant offers a broad menu for food as well as for drinks. The food is very tasty

Nice venue/location. Food is very heavy, typical of German/Austrian fare. One entree will easily feed two. Not much in the way of vegetables are anything green.

I asked the receptionist at the hotel in which I was staying and she recommended the
Purlepaus. Luckily this was a short walk from my hotel, crossing the river Inn. I was very impressed by the politeness of the waitresses, and the fact they had their menu in English. So my meal started with a beef soup with cheese dumplings, followed by a fillet of char with potatoes and vegetables. Dessert was an Erdbeer Flamm (Apple Flam), a Zwickl beer and a coffee. All rather nice. In fact it was so good I went back the following night and a set menu. Mediterainien chicken on rice, as they had run out of pasta, a salad, and for dessert a coffee milkshake with a lump of ice cream and whipped crea. This time I tried a Wiessbeer? This was a dark beer with a volume of 5%.salad, a beer. As it was a largish beer, I did not need another. The menu's contain plenty of Austrian dishes. Therefore a diner cannot be disappointed.

Where at midday the world's largest and (loudest?) organ is played, Here you can enjoy your meal onthe terrace. A typical tyrolean restaurant with simple but good austrian food. The name of the restaurant means FarmersPause.Big portions and very good dark beer.
