I have been visiting Puro Beach over the last 12 years and it’s always a highlight.

This most recent visit was so cute because we really connected and had great chats with Danielle Bota the experience manager. I guess because it was much less busy at this time of year, that staff were able to take time to interact more with guests. I’ve never visited so late in the season and I have to say I really loved the more chilled vibe at puro.

Daniella was so lovely to get to know and was very gracious with letting us switch beds to glean some shade when it got hotter. It’s easy at times (especially when more relaxed on holiday), to zone out a bit and not pay much attention to those who offer a service role. It was so good to actually learn a bit more about Daniella and her family and have the time to really chat. It made the experience all the more personable and richer, my friend and I came away with a very positive warm Puro experience… I think sometimes Puro can seem like it’s for the beautiful people lol and maybe in high season that is true, but for my friend and I who are in our 50’s it really was just super relaxed and very comfortable. We look forward to our next visit 🙏

The staff at Puro Beach were very courteous and attentive in particular Daniela who was most gracious in her welcome also allowing the sun bed to be moved under that shade when it was too hot for me . The beds are super comfortable, I really hope to return again in the future for more rest and relaxation

This is a very chilled club. The beach club didn’t look very appealing so skipped it for the pool area. Lovely and clean. All towels set out pretty and two towels instead of usual one which I liked. Staff a little serious. DJ was outstanding. Food and drinks average. Toilets average. Really wish these clubs would make their toilets nice and keep on top of cleaning them. Overall a good day.

We had a lovely day on the beach and my food was lovely. However, the allergens are completely wrong on the menu. For example, a beef tagliatelle with Parmesan doesnt have Milk listed, a dish that is listed as vegan also has Milk as an allergen (they said there was butter in it which makes it not vegan) and then a dish with a walnut dressing doesn’t have Nuts as an allergen. My wife has severe allergies to Milk and Nuts, and this is just not ok!! It’s a shame that I have had to put a 1 star as we did really enjoy our time but allergies are life or death for many and you just can’t get this wrong. We look forward to visiting again when hopefully the menu is corrected and I would happily then amend my review.

A massive shout out to the fantastic, warm and friendly staff, especially Joanna who is so welcoming, takes the time to check you’re having fun and remembers us personally by name. DJ and Bongo’s Music was incredible, food gorgeous as ever and wonderful drinks selection.
So clean and perfect beach location. Thank you all for a great time, we will see you again next year! xxx
