Staying overnight in Jerez, our hotel recommended this restaurant. What an excellent recommendation it was. Four of us dined. I had smoked sardine fillets which we firm in texture, delicately smoked and delicious. For the main course three of us chose sole on the bone plain grilled. They were perfectly cooked and seasoned, and were large. One of the party could not finish. One of the best soles we had eaten anywhere . The other member chose White Sea bream. Beautifully cooked - so moist and delicate. These chefs certainly know how to cook fish.
Only one of us had a desert. With amontillado sherry to start, and a very dark complimentary sherry to end and decently priced wines in between, the bill was €140 which was a very pleasant surprise given the quality of food and service. Thoroughly recommended.
