Spent an evening in this very traditional bar with it's fine selection of local Sherry and wines. Traditional flamenco performance on a small stage in the bar made for a memorable evening.

The tourist office recommended this bar as a place to see flamenco regularly. For free. It's a small bar just off the main square that has men singing occasionally, it's busy, crammed, cheap and full of noise and atmosphere. Worth visiting to say you have been there but not to socialise or eat a good meal! They serve sherry from barrels and serve tapas.

We booked a table ( must spend 25 euro) If there is music on and you need a table its a must as when the music starts its full with some tourists and lots of locals. Range of tapas with your own waiter if you have a table. Good service.

The show as really great, like flamenco or not in a place like this its fantastic.
We would certainly go back.

We went to the 2pm flamenco performance, yes it's busy and only has a limited number of tables if you need to sit. There's room to stand and if you get it right you can actually indirectly see the show in a huge mirror behind the bar.
The drinks are very good and the tapas the same. Prices are reasonable. I have to say though the staff could do with a visit to "Smiley School".

This is a really great, traditional and old tabanco just off the Plaza Arenal. The food is superb, and cheap, the flamenco is brilliant, and the sherry served straight from the barrel is superb, and cheap. All in all a wonderful must do experience. The staff were really great and friendly as well.
