Arrived here for our table booked at 8.30. It was packed with locals including a large group having a christening party. We were seated and offered water and drinks straight away. The waiter then asked if we wanted the antipasti. We said yes but explained that one of us didn't eat fish. We were brought one with mixed meat and cheese and another with beautiful fresh prawns, tuna carpaccio, octopus and something else that was lovely but we were unable to identify! The waiter then offered us pasta and again we were brought one with swordfish and one without. Both were lovely. Sadly we were quite full after this but did manage a lemon solpette each and a shared tiramisu. It was definitely an experience. We were not offered menus although one of us does speak Italian. We did notice a French family on the next table with menus but on the whole it seemed that they were cooking whatever was fresh and everyone was going with the flow. Bill 60 euros incl wine. Felt very good value as beautiful food and amazing service from our very busy waiter. Be brave and try it!

We went to the restaurant on a Sunday night around 20h30, so it was not too busy. We were sat down, but never given a menu. The waiter came and asked us if we wanted the apetizer feast...I said sure, but is there anything else? He explained that if we wanted pasta or a fish dish after the apetizers that there would be no problem. There were many apetizers and they were delicious and fresh. Mainly fish and seafood, as the restaurant is also themed that way.

Its of reasonable value and the food is very good ! Just that the waiter was not very clear on the menu. Thanksfully I was not picky and patient.

The food is excellent the value great but the service was chaotic , cocky and shody and the restaurant was 1/4 full ! Had to ask for menus , bread , water , wine list , condiments , 3 items we wanted were not available but no real apology just no we have none . When our fish did arrive it was lovely , lacking lemons but we decided another wait for the eye rolling waiters who were busy chatting who then vanished was too much . The table next to us all had separate meals as nothing came together!! The whole evening was spoilt but the exceptionally poor service and the fact that we had to keep asking for things which are standard service in most restaurants . Faulty towers sprang to mind !

If you like to eat with the locals rather than the tourists, give this place a try.
The service is a bit chaotic, but on the whole the food is very good and reasonably priced.
The fish is plentiful and fresh from the catch!
You may struggle a bit if you don't understand any Italian, but we got by with a modest vocabulary!

The place gets very busy and noisy, but that's how we like it!

Well worth a visit if you enjoy Sicilian food, especially fish...one word of warning though - stay off the house wine...it's undrinkable...and that's virtually a first for me!!!No worries, though, as there are several reasonably priced bottles, so not too much of a problem.
