Amazing venison and black pudding burger...room was cosy overlooking Dunblane cathedral....service great...

We booked a prosecco cream tea which we got on arrival in the vaulted dining area lot by fairy lights...really pretty
We will definitely go back

Room tip: Upper floor at front great view of cathedral

Great little place directly opposite the Dunblane cathedral. Plenty of parking out front or in the nearby car park. Check in was quick and easy, and our room was clean and comfortable. Nice sized bathroom too. Dinner and breakfast upstairs were both great. We did hear a lot of upstairs noise (walking/stomping and so on) however given the age of the building this wasn’t surprising. Would happily stay here again. The rating I’ve given is a combination of location + service + meals.

Travelled up on the Friday arrived after 7. Checkin was quick and we were made to feel very welcome straight away. Staff were friendly and approachable. The Room was clean, tidy and looked to have been recently decorated. The evening meal and breakfast were excellent.
Dunblane was nice for a wander afterwards.

My friend and I bought the groupon offer of afternoon tea for 2 for £12. My little girl decided to tag along at the last minute. The man who was serving us couldn't have been more helpful. He set up another table for us and when he was bringing out the sandwiches, he also brought a bowl of chips for my daughter. And again when the cakes were coming out he brought her a bowl of ice cream without us asking for anything. He also gave her colouring in stuff. We loved every minute of our visit, the afternoon tea itself was lovely. Thank you for a lovely Sunday afternoon.
